[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The Taichung-San Diego Sister City Society recently hosted twenty-three 11th grade students and two English teachers from National Kinmen High School. Kinmen is a very special Place only 5 miles from China Coast and is 60 square mile total in area. The island is also called Quemoy by westerners.
The group arrived on January 27th and had a packed schedule with English classes at the Mission Valley International House in the morning, from 8AM to 12:20PM and extensive visits to San Diego locales.
The students managed to squeeze in visits to the Midway Museum , the La Jolla Cove, Hotel Del Coronado, Old Town, Seaport Village, and Pacific Beach during the week and enjoyed special tours of SeaWorld, the San Diego Zoo, Universal Studios and Disneyland on the weekends.
